-RN (Registered Nurses) and LPN (Licensed Practical Nurses) on site 24/7 to alleviate emergency room visits, including
-Programming of Mental Health crisis supports
-Employment strategies
-Elder support for adults and youth

The focus of this facility is rebuilding, offering safe and consistent housing while families regain independence.
Participants residing in the Transitional Home will have access to:

20-BED SHELTER & 2ND STAGE PROGRAMMING IN 2 INDIVIDUAL APARTMENT UNITS
Education on Abuse and Family Violence
Peer-to-peer support groups and one-on-one sessions are available daily. Education and awareness topics include family violence, harassment, abuse and neglect.
Our Child Support Worker will be on hand throughout your time in the shelter to provide one-to-one support for your children during what is likely to be a difficult and confusing time for them. Should a child need help from a child psychologist, we can assist you with direct access to a trained child psychologist for any child aged 3 to 17.

The new facility is comprised of five camp-trailers on seven acres of fenced, municipally owned property near the Alexander Hamilton Community Park.
Features several repurposed utility trailers, a large room for multiple sleeping mats, rooms for individual accommodation, a kitchen, programming rooms and a fenced outdoor recreation space.
