Breastfeeding Resource and Support (BRAS)

The purpose of this group is to offer peer support to breastfeeding moms in the Lakeland (Alberta, Canada) area. We aim to give factual, scientifically sound information that is supported by major health organizations and experts in the field of breastfeeding. We encourage peer to peer moral support and experience sharing in all aspects of breastfeeding. Additionally, we aim to help connect breastfeeding mothers to local health care professionals. Information and advice in this group should never be a replacement for evaluation from a medical professional.

This group provides for support for anyone that has been impacted by Multiple Sclerosis.

The group meets in Cold Lake at the Humpty's restaurant at 10am every second Wednesday of every month.
